According to police, an officer noted a gold Buick on Kingstown Road with a defective taillight. Police noted that the car’s driver – Bucchino – had pulled into his driveway, where the traffic stop was made.

As a result, police said Bucchino was resistant to providing police with any information, and repeatedly said that because he was in his own driveway, he wasn’t subject to a traffic stop.

According to police, a background check revealed that Bucchino’s license was suspended for failing to appear at traffic court for two tickets. Police said Bucchino was arrested, although not without incident, as he refused to put his hands behind his back for officers.

Police said a pat-down of Bucchino revealed a small baggie with marijuana residue, but no other contraband. He was processed at headquarters and then released at about 3:31 a.m.
