Narragansett Police initiated a parking ban that goes into effect at noon Monday and will until 8 a.m. tomorrow morning.
That means University of Rhode Island students will have to squeeze into driveways in Eastward Look and Bonnet Shores tonight and tenants on Main Street in Wakefield will be tucking in the lot along the Saugatucket River tonight.
One- to four inches of snow could fall before this first round of snow is done for the day. Snow should taper off by evening.
