According to police, an officer traveling on Point Judith Road near Maplehurst Drive clocked a Toyota Camry driven by Tremblay at 58 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. A traffic stop was made near Foddering Farm Road.

Police said a background check of the driver – Tremblay – revealed that his license was suspended for failing to pay child support, a court warrant originating from a Central Falls police charge of driving with a suspended license, and a Pawtucket police arrest warrant for a charge of vandalism.

Party Broken Up on Foddering Farm Road

At about 12:13 a.m. on Dec. 23, police received a report of a party at 125 Foddering Farm Road.

According to police, there was no noise ordinance violation, but about six cars were illegally parked in the area. Police said the renters were cooperative and cleared the house without issue.

Since there was not a noise violation and the party was cleared quickly, a public nuisance form was not signed by the tenants.
