Narragansett Police: Drinking, Driving and Disorderly

Charges are based on reports from the Narragansett Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The Narragansett Police Department recently reported the following charges:

Christopher E. Hall, 28, of 17 South Ferry Road, Saunderstown, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test after an officer pulled him over on Point Judith Road for speeding.

Police allegedly clocked Hall driving 59 mph in a 45 mph zone just before 1 a.m.,  and reportedly watched him weave in and out of the breakdown lane while following him. Hall was smoking a cigarette when officers approached his pickup truck, and he reportedly had bloodshot eyes and a reddish face. Hall allegedly failed three field sobriety tests, prompting his arrest.
