Jon Pascua of Rhode Island Fire Drone captured this aerial footage of a law enforcement parade last week for Tyler Seddon, a 7-year-old Pascoag boy battling leukemia.

Tyler loves law enforcement and hundreds of police officers and firefighters came together to wish him a happy birthday.

In Coventry, a bone marrow drive was held for Tyler last week.

Jon, I have questions about the regulations on these drones. Do you have liability insurance in case of a crash injuring people or property? Do you need any kind of license to operate a drone in RI? I know model rocketry is regulated what regulations are in place for drone use?
