Inaugural Newport Storm Boo-ery Halloween Parade!

We're looking for performers, groups to enter floats/march with a themed costume and of course spectators! The parade is family friendly, both to watch and to participate. Watch out for trick-or-treat opportunities along the route, too! We're putting together a calendar of events of things going on in Newport after the parade ( everything from bar/restuarant specials to tours, attractions, holiday sales, costume contests, etc.) that we'll be promoting.
