Hood Cream Food Truck Gives Out Free Samples in Providence on 8/12

The Hood Cream Chef Creations food truck is coming back to
Providence for summer 2013! At WaterFire Providence, on Saturday, August 10 and
at Greater Kennedy Plaza in downtown Providence on Monday, August 12, Hood will
be offering free samples of Tazza Crab Bisque with Tarragon Corn Coulis made
with Hood Cream, an original creation by Chef Ben Lloyd of Providence’s Tazza
(while supplies last). Visitors to the truck will also receive Hood Cream
coupons and recipe cards so they can recreate this dish in the comfort of their
homes. Chef Ben Lloyd will be at the truck to answer questions and offer tips
on working with Hood Cream.

At the truck
visitors can also learn how to submit their own recipes to the “Chef Creations
– Inspired by Hood Cream” recipe contest, which kicked off on Hood’s Facebook
page on August 2. One finalist from each of the six New England states will be
chosen, and from those finalists one grand prize winner will receive $2,500 and
have their original recipe featured on a Hood Cream container.

about the Hood Cream Truck and enter the contest, visit Hood.com or Hood’s
Facebook page (Facebook.com/HPHood). Follow along with the truck on Twitter, @hphood, by using the hashtag #HoodCreamTruck.
