These slow flowing yoga classes focus on gentle stretching and strengthening poses to enhance ease in the body. Participants will practice breathing awareness to cultivate clarity in the mind and to expand consciousness. Chair yoga is possible or bring a yoga mat or blanket . Sarah Bell, certified yoga instructor, will guide the classes.
