A Naval War College professor begins a four-part series on the American Revolution tonight at Kingston Free Library.
Learn all about the birth of our country today at 7:30 p.m. at , 2605 Kingstown Road, Kingston, as Professor Stanley Carpenter presents a four-part series on The American Revolution.
Carpenter is a professor at the United States War College and is the deputy division head of strategy and policy division, Homeland Defense Area of Study Coordinator and the Naval War College Command Historian.
The first program is called "The American Revolution: Causes and Context." Anyone is welcome to attend any or all of the free sessions. Reservations are preferred. For more information, call Jean Burditt 783-8254.
