On 'Kith And Kin'...

Of late, I have been on a family-'kick' when it comes to some of my 'musings'; this, because, recently, I have had more 'family-time' with my clan, sharing in activities, which, do not, commonly, occur. Yesterday's 'moment', in which I was surrounded by kin, was the, very, important, and, successful, 'Benefit', that, took place, to assist my, two, nieces, in raising funds for this year's Avon sponsored 'walk' for Breast-Cancer. Family, and, friends, alike, along with some strangers, were part of this, day, which, was fun-filled, helping to raise $$$ for 'the cause', all in the name of breast-cancer awareness. As, at ALL gatherings, where my relations are in attendance, there was food, galore, lots of laughs, and, wonderful entertainment, provided by various, talented, members of our troop. It seems, that, NO matter, where my 'tribe' teams-up, there is a 'party' in the making; for, we are, indeed, a group, who, LOVES having fun! This, fact, about us is known by those who know us; we are 'high-energy', to put it mildly, with, some... MORE than others. We are the, type, of people, to whom strangers tend to gravitate...or, to run-away from! LOL! It has been this way, since, I, can, recall. Years, ago, when one of us would bring home a friend, he or she would, either, fast become part of the 'zaniness', which, is my family-group, or, they'd NEVER be heard from, again...TRUTH! Those, who chose to 'stick-around' are, STILL, very, much a part of our extended-extraction, to this, very, day. From the 'point of view' of 'outsiders', most, would suggest, that, our, 'brood' is a bunch of beautiful, fun-filled, fun-loving, loving and, caring souls, and, this, would be a fair-assessment; for, we are, ALL, those, things. We are, also, individuals, who, at times, 'agree to disagree' about life's-'issues', both, within and 'without' our, family-network; with, this, being the very-'nature' of people, in general. Yet, even, with this, reality, we can, STILL, come together, with acceptance and love, and, enjoy, our commonalities. The 'bloodline' and genetics, within the Pugliano-pedigree, runs, strong, playing out in our personalities and, our, appearance. And, although, you can 'spot' a Pugliano 'a mile away', as we look so much alike, we are, all, very, different and unique. Not, unlike, anyone, who hails from a household of folks, whom, they adore, I feel blessed to be a part of such a, marvelous-menage! Just Sayin'...
