Hippity-Hop-Hop...Easters On It's Way!

Over the years, I have been curious... but, NOT, enough, til today, to look into the origin of the 'Easter Bunny', AKA Easter Rabbit, or, Easter Hare. This, is some of the information, that, I discovered. So...'hare' goes! The Easter Bunny is a fantasy -character, depicted as a rabbit, bringing Easter eggs. Originating among German Lutherans, the Easter Hare, originally, played the role of a judge, evaluating whether children were good or disobedient, in behaviour, at the start of the season of Eastertide. The Easter Bunny is sometimes depicted with clothes. Naturally, as a child, I was much, MORE, invested in this, part of the Easter Celebration, each, year. Today, though, things are, quite, different, as I choose to embrace the REAL 'Reason for the Season', acknowledging that Christ, who died for us and our sins, 'rose from the dead' to show the world His Greatness, and, to allow us the realization of 'Eternal-Life'. Let's see a RABBIT do that!!! Just Sayin'...
