Record Waterfront Property Sale in S. Kingstown by Lila Delman

The lure of waterfront living continues unabated in Rhode Island, as Lila Delman Real Estate reports closing on 56 Green Hill Ocean Avenue in South Kingstown, a premier oceanfront property. The stunning residence sold for $3,900,000, the highest sale ever recorded in South Kingstown according to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The rare oceanfront house, on 2.35 beachfront acres, with 310 feet of sandy beach, also boasts over an acre on Green Hill Pond, a respite for boating and fishing.

Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and selling company.  John Hodnett and Ruth Bellino in the Narragansett office represented the sellers, and Jeff Sincoski and Lori Joyal in the Watch Hill office represented the buyer.

Last Month, Lila Delman sold a Watch Hill waterfront mansion to Kevin Wendle, a major film and television producer who co-founded E! Online, CNET and Fox Broadcasting Company.  That property was two doors down from Grammy and CMT award winning artist Taylor Swift, and had an asking price of $11 million.
