Sons of Liberty Distillery to Host 'Whiskey Wonderland' Holiday Bazaar Friday

The 21+ holiday shopping event will feature more than a dozen local vendors offering products ranging from jewelry and sportswear to cigars and gourmet food items.

From 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, the Sons of Liberty Distillery, located at 1425 Kingstown Rd., Wakefield, is hosting its first-ever (21+) holiday bazaar, aptly titled "Whiskey Wonderland".

Apart from Sons of Liberty products, the event will feature a number of local vendors from across Rhode Island offering a variety of gift ideas to help shoppers wrap up their holiday shopping in one festive location. Speaking of wrapping, free gift boxing and wrapping will be available throughout the evening. Shoppers will also have the opportunity to create custom gift boxes featuring items from a variety of Rhode Island businesses - perfect for those hard-to-shop-for loved ones!

Participating vendors include: Cigar Box, Dave’s Coffee, Java Coffee Infused Skin Care, Silver Tides Jewelry, Kendra Phillip Jewelry, The Olive Tap Providence, Sweet Cakes Bakery, Three Dogs BBQ Sauces, Drift SurfShop, Kenyon Sportswear, Rhode Island Soapworks and Jennifer’s Chocolates.

To sweeten the deal even more, every customer will be invited to enjoy a complimentary Sons of Liberty cocktail provided by Bartending by Dennis of Narragansett, as well as samples Sons of Liberty's two new single malt whiskies. Wildwood Catering will also be on hand selling specialty tacos to hungry shoppers.

Rounding out the evening will be a special "Barrel-tree" lighting ceremony scheduled to take place at 8 p.m.
