RPL Sells Highest Priced Home of Year

The $3 million home features three acres of oceanfront property.

Residential Properties sold the highest priced property in Narragansett for the first three quarters of 2011.

2 Waterway Road, off of Ferry Road, fetched a price of $3 million due to the marketing effort of Judy Chace of the Narragansett office. The buyer was introduced to the property by Mary Ann Lisi, another employee in the Narragansett office.

The property included three acres of oceanfront land with wonderful gardens and a stone terrace looking out to the sea. The home called Yellow Shutters featured more than 5,000 square feet of living space and was built in 1939. The list price for the home was $3.29 million.
