Be Fit Nutrition Now Open in Narragansett’s Pier Marketplace

Be Fit Nutrition, located in Narragansett’s Pier Marketplace, celebrated its grand opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, Saturday, July 20, 2013.

A social club that serves nutritious shakes, energizing tea, and aloe, Be Fit Nutrition is dedicated to helping clients reach their health and nutrition goals. Its dairy-free shakes contain 17-21 grams of protein, 150 to 300 calories, and all the vitamins and minerals that comprise a healthy meal.  Be Fit’s tea, a combo of black and green tea packed with needed antioxidants, energizes, boosts metabolism, and burns 80 calories per cup. The club also offers aloe, taken with tea or separately, to enhance digestion.

Owners Melanie Lawhead, Rhonda Swain, Cynthia Paiva, and Stephanie Paiva, all Wellness Coaches, have extensive experience with the products they carry, both as personal users and in working with clients. They offer extensive nutritional and product advice to assist clients in achieving weight-loss, healthy weight gain, athletic performance, and enhanced nutrition goals. Future plans include free Herbalife 24 Fit Camps to help clients increase fitness levels.

Each owner, having enjoyed weight-loss success using the Herbalife products and shakes at other similar fitness clubs, decided Narragansett could use a club of its own. That was in April. Already, in July, these professionals are celebrating their grand opening!
