If you see Joseph Taylor around town, be sure to offer some congrats.

He just won $35,000 playing the Rhode Island Lottery's "Patriots" Instant Ticket game.

Taylor, of Wakefield, couldn't have been luckier. He bought the ticket at the Hess Express on Main Street in Richmond and scratched just one symbol and ended up winning the top prize instantly.

"It was déjà vu for Joseph, as he won the same amount playing the "Season's Greetings" Instant Ticket, at the same Retailer, in 2011," the lottery commission said in a release.

He plans to put the money in the bank and invest the rest.

The final Patriots Instant Ticket second-chance drawing for $35,000 is set for March 19. The entry deadline is March 18.

You can enter any non-winning Patriots scratch off tickets by logging into the VIP club and accessing Rhody Replay at www.rilot.com.
