The committee will make a decision on the 2012-13 calenda, an item that has been under contention since the state Department of Education asked Rhode Island school districts to explore eliminating the February and April vacation weeks in favor of a single week off in March. The Kingston auditions are rescheduled for Friday Jan. 20 at 7-10 p.m. at Courthouse Center of the Arts, 3481 Kingstown Rd., West Kingston and Saturday, Jan. 21 at RI College, Providence.
