Solstice Meditation with Sound: Saturday Evening June 21 at Tenth Gate Yoga in Portsmouth, 7-9:00pm

SoundScapers are delighted to be returning to Tenth Gate Yoga Saturday evening June 21 to journey with sound as we celebrate the solstice. Attendees lay on yoga mats and are bathed in guided meditation, gongs, sound bowls, the shruti box, chant, and trance drumming.
