Nature Trails

I have been noticing articles about local nature trails.  My question is how do I find out who maintains these trails.  The reason I am asking is there seems to be a trail which has been forgotten.  This trail was built in my daughters memory.  It is the Melissa Mullins Nature Trail, located at Peace Dale Elementary School. This trail was built by local volunteers and supplies donated by local businesses.  I am not physically able to help but I do have some family members and friends that would are able and  willing to help clean and trim and whatever else needs to be done to care for this trail. I also could help with a small donation for supplies. This trail has also has an outdoor classroom for students to learn. If anyone could help me with information on who to contact I would appreciate it.
