    RI Health Insurance Discussion: Have questions about the new health care law? Tonight at 6:30 p.m., the South Kingstown Public Library, located at 1057 Kingstown Road in Peace Dale, will present a representative from HealthSourceRI, Rhode Island's official health care portal. Participants will discuss and learn about signing up for health insurance and what information is needed to do so. This is a free event, but registration is requested and can be completed by calling the Library at (401) 789-1555 ext. 108.

    West Kingston Village Study: Tonight from 7-9 p.m., the South Kingstown Planning Board will hold Community Workshop to work on village studies for West Kingston at West Kingston Elementary School (3119 Ministerial Rd.). The interactive workshop will provide residents, business owners and public officials an opportunity to delve into key issues and identify specific strategies to protect and improve West Kingston. Click here to view tonight's agenda. To learn more about the study, click here.

    Free Movie - Man of Steel: Today from 2-4:30 p.m. and again from 6-8:30 p.m, the Maury Loontjens Memorial Library (35 Kingstown Rd., Narragansett) will host a free showing of the 2013 film, Man of Steel (PG-13). The movie tells the story of a young boy who learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent here to do. But the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind. (Starring Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Michael Shannon.)
