Galilee Fishing Tourney Deadline: 7 p.m. this evening is the registration deadline for the 2nd Annual Galilee Fishing Tournament (held with the Seafood Festival Sept. 6-8). Entry fee is $15 per adult, $5 per junior (14 and under). Click here for all rules and here for registration information.
U6-U14 Soccer Clinic: While school is out in observance of Rosh Hashanah today, RI Premier Soccer will host a 1-day soccer skills clinic for players U6 to U14 at Brousseau Park (208 Succotash Rd, South Kingstown) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Coaching staff will provide technical instruction with particular focus on 1v1 moves and footskills, fun challenges and small-sided games. $25 per player.
