    First Friday Coffee: Today at 8 a.m., join members of the South County Chamber of Commerce for First Friday Coffee, hosted by South County Hospital (100 Kenyon Avenue, Wakefield). Be sure to bring plenty of business cards for networking! $5 per person. Click here to register.

    Town of Narragansett Reminder: Residents should be reminded that Narragansett utility bills are due no later than Monday, Oct. 7, 2013.

    Star Gazing at Frosty Drew Observatory: Tonight and every Friday night at 6 p.m., get star struck at the Frosty Drew Observatory's Public Stargazing Night (61 Park Ln., Charlestown). Be sure to subscribe to the Frost Drew Observatory mailing list or follow them on Twitter (@FrostyDrewOBSY) to receive status updates about the public stargazing program. This is a free event, however donations are greatly appreciated. 

    Tomorrow - Gansett Firefighters' Ball: From 7 p.m. until midnight tomorrow, Oct. 5, the Narragansett Fire Department will host its annual Firefighers' Ball at The Dunes Club (137 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett). Live music will be provided by "Wayz & Means". $35 per couple, $20 per person. Tickets will be available at the door or can be reserved at any of the Department's three stations with cash or check.
