WORLD WAR II IN THE PACIFIC A FOUR PART LECTURE SERIES: First Lecture: Tora, Tora Tora! Pearl Harbor and the coming of War in the Pacific
The Kingston Free Library is honored to have Dr. Stanley Carpenter, Professor of Strategy and Policy at the U.S. Naval College, returning to our library for a four part lecture series on World War II in the Pacific. His first lecture is titled "Tora, Tora, Tora! Pearl Harbor and the Coming of War in the Pacific". Professor Carpenter, internationally renowned historian, author and retired Navy Captain has the rare ability to bring history to life. Don't miss this opportunity to hear his astute military perspectives on the War in the Pacific. Subsequent dates for lectures are Thursdays, Jan 17th, January 24th and January 31st.
