The South Kingstown Department of Senior Services is scheduled to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 1, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at The Center to kick off Older Americans Month and commemorate the launch of the new senior services van.

More About The Center
The Center is a senior center for South Kingstown area residents. In addition to providing a day program, health insurance counseling, a transportation program, meal services and a senior nutrition program, the center offers access to state, federal and local resources and information. Services are available to individuals 60 years and older, as well as to disabled individuals under the age of 60.
