The Courthouse Center for the Arts will host a Small Picture Show and Sale in December and is seeking submissions from artists.
Requirements are: oil, watercolor, pastel; no more than 24" height and/or width; should be framed and ready to hang; should not exceed $300. Paintings will be for sale.
For inclusion in the show, artists must first submit a photo of the work to artists@courthousearts.org.
The show will open Dec. 9 at the Courthouse Center for the Arts, 3481 Kingstown Rd., West Kingston, RI. For more information, call 401-782-1018.

More About Courthouse Center for The Arts
Located in the 1896 Washingston County Courthouse, the Courthouse Center for the Arts has been providing education and entertainment in a multitude of art forms since 1988. The former courthouse had been abandoned by the State of Rhode Island, until the founding members raised enough money to renovate the historic landmark. Since its opening, the Courthouse Center for the Arts has kept a busy schedule ranging from art galleries to live theatrical performances to concerts.
