The Newport Public Library will present Author John A Parrish, MD at 2 pm, December 1st as he discusses his memoir, Autopsy of War: A Personal History. This is open to the public in the Program Room, lower level. In this memoir Dr. Parrish has written quite candidly about his 40 year struggle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after serving as a doctor in Vietnam from 1967-68.
