Michael Desilets of Wakefield was equally excited when he cashed in a winning $21,000 "Blackjack Tripler" Instant Ticket.  Michael plans to pay off bills, put some in retirement and the rest towards his wedding in Jamaica.  He purchased the winning ticket at Stop & Shop at 91 Point Judith Road in Narragansett.

Ruth Foster of Chepachet had a wonderful start to her week. She cashed in a winning $35,000 "Royal Riches" Instant Ticket at Rhode Island Lottery Headquarters this morning. Ruth said she already has a lot of plans on how she'll spend it, but will first let it sit in the bank for a while. She purchased the winning ticket at Country Farms at 1200 Putnam Pike in Chepachet.
