The tenants were identified as Luke Rathbone, 22, Scott Saypol, 21, and Dylan Campagna, 20. All three were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a felony. Saypol was also charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (Adderall).

Rathbone and Campagna are being held without bail, pending a status hearing on March 14. According to police, Saypol agreed to enhanced bail conditions, and his bail was set at $30,000 with surety. However, he had not posted it as of Thursday morning.

According to the URI online student directory, Saypol is from Boonton Township, NJ. Campagna and Rathbone are not listed – Students may opt out from the directory. Rathbone is a graduate of Chariho High School, and Campagna is a graduate of Stonington High School in Connecticut.

According to online property records, 10 Sea Lea Drive is owned by Angela and Thomas Moon of Cumberland. The home and property was last assessed at $331,700.

Narragansett police also responded to the home in October 2011 for a loud party complaint. At the time, Campagna was cited for violating the town’s social host ordinance. For that report, click here.

With due respect, they had TWO POUNDS of marijuana. They're not using that amount recreationally, and if marijuana were legal, they would find another illegal way to make cash they don't have to report to the IRS.
