According to a report from patrolman Michael G. Sousa, he was aware of the warrants out for Kenner’s arrest, and saw him walking north on North Road at about 6:28 p.m. on June 15. Sousa said that Kenner was arrested without incident.

This is at least Kenner’s second arrest, according to records on the Rhode Island Judiciary’s online courts database.

In September 2011, no contest pleas were filed for Pawtucket police charges of disorderly conduct and vandalism. He was ordered to pay restitution. The file was scheduled to be destroyed on September 7, 2012, if Kenner avoided arrest.

At his arraignment for the felony charges on June 18, Kenner was denied bail. Another bail hearing is scheduled for June 27, and felony screening is scheduled for July 31. According to the ACI online database, Kenner is currently incarcerated.
