District Court Log: Thursday, April 12, 2012

Several defendants went before the judge in Fourth Division District Court today.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN - The following South Kingstown Police cases were heard before Judge Mary E. McCaffrey in Fourth Division District Court on Thursday, Feb. 9 at the , 4800 Tower Hill Road, South Kingstown:

Jonathn Demers, 30, of 104 Riverside Drive, South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism. He was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to continue drug treatment at Thundermist in Wakefield until he moved into a residential program.

Dennis Robert Clary, 50, of 400 Main St. Apt. C, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs.

Sean Michael Connerty, 19, of 2 Pesoscot Trail, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a charge of possession of marijuana. The charge was filed for one year, and ordered to pay $200 to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund, plus court costs.

Michael A. Perry, 20, of 1279 South Road, pleaded no contest to a charge of possession of marijuana. The charge was filed for one year and Perry was ordered to pay $200 to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund, plus court costs.

Crystal Ambia Islam, 20, 45 Bonner St., Stamford, CT, pleaded no contest to driving without a license. She was ordered to pay $250, plus court costs, have no further loss of her license, and complete 10 hours of community service. A charge of obstruction of an officer in execution of duty and another of possession of false identification was dismissed.
