DCYF Hosting Session on Becoming a Foster Parent

Learn about the ins and outs of being a foster parent on Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

 

If you would like to find out more about becoming a foster parent, the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families and Foster Forward will be hosting an informational meeting on becoming a foster parent on Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Peace Dale Library, 1057 Kingstown Road, Peace Dale. 

DCYF staff and foster parents will be available to explain the foster care program and answer  your questions. Foster homes are needed for children of all ages, from infants through adolescents, in all areas of the state.

Please stop by and learn how you can make a difference in the life of a child!
