Couple Charged With Domestic Offenses

An argument leads to domestic charges against a Wakefield couple. South Kingstown police logs from March 31, 2013.

Couple Issued Domestic Charges Against Each Other

Seth P. O’Hearn, 36, of 315 High St., Wakefield, was arrested at about 4:04 a.m. on March 31 and charged with domestic disorderly conduct. At about the same time, Jessica K. Masci, 34, of 42 Rolens Drive, Apt. #4B, Wakefield, was charged with domestic assault.

According to police, they received a report of a 911 hang-up emanating from Rolens Drive. Police said that after investigating, it appeared that O’Hearn and Masci had gotten into an argument after drinking earlier in the night.

During the argument, police said Masci tore O’Hearn’s shirt and hit him, and O’Hearn attempted to take items out of Masci’s apartment. As a result, both were charged.

According to police, Masci was processed and then released at about 10:50 a.m. O’Hearn was processed and then released at about 10:55 a.m.

Narragansett Woman Charged With License Violation

Leslie Morales, 24, of 56 Tupelo Trail, Narragansett, was arrested at about 5:10 p.m. on March 31 and charged with driving with a suspended license.

According to police, an officer on patrol noted a red Honda Civic parked in the middle of Broad Rock Road and Saugatucket Road briefly. Police said a check of the vehicle’s registration revealed that the registered owner – Morales – had a suspended license.

Police said a traffic stop was made near the YMCA on Broad Rock Road. Police said they confirmed Morales’ identity and arrested her without incident.

According to police, Morales was processed and then released at about 6 p.m.
