On a chilly Saturday, Sybil the cat ventured out in the cold to try to find a loving person or family to call her own.
She is a 3-year-old and likes dogs, kids and is easy going, even when there is a lot of activity or commotion around. You could see proof of this as she calmly took in all the comings and goings at Critter Hut yesterday.
She was the star of the Animal Rescue League of Southern Rhode Island's Adopt a Pet day. Lots of folks stopped to visit with her and give her a scratch, commenting on her striking green eyes. Hopefully someone who met her will go bring her home.
She has plenty of company in the shelter at 506B Curtis Corner Rd. with several cats, dogs and even a ferret housed there currently. If you are looking for a new companion this year the Animal Rescue League is a great place to start.
