Zumba is also available for those 60 and up at The Center, South Kingstown Center for Senior Services on St. Dominic Road. The next 8-week session begins Friday, April 1, at 9:30 a.m. The cost for the 8 weeks is just $16.
Having just completed the first session, I can tell you that our instructor Sean is fabulous. We have a blast and get to work some of the winter kinks out of our muscles and joints. To learn more about The Center, check out my recent article on SK Patch:
