The South Kingstown High School science fair featured 81 projects.  

The top winners were:

1st place: Ankeeta Mohapatra and Bethanie Royality-Lindman for their project on Oral Bacteria about the differences in oral bacteria among dogs, humans and dental professionals

2nd place: Cecilia Brawley and Shannen Wallace for their project titled The Sandman Takes a Vacation on sleep deprivation

3rd place: Alexis Cobb and Jessie Trager for their project called The Fertilization Factor on about fertilizer running into the Narrow River  

Two Best in Fair Winners were chosen by the crowd for most interesting or well-done projects (independent of judging):

Rebecca Magnotta won for her project on how Smell Affects Memory

Andrew Norfolk also won for his project on how to Cool Down a CPU in computers
