The Education Exchange, southern Rhode Island's non-profit hub for adult learning, is kicking off its 35th annual fund-raising drive to raise money to equip classrooms with the latest technology to help people learn skills needed to get back to work.  In the past 35 years, the Education Exchange has helped over 20,000 people in southern Rhode Island earn GED's, learn English, attain citizenship, prepare for college entrance, and earn certifications as teacher assistants, pre-cna's, and homemaker helpers.
